Attach Documents to a Product Listing
If your product requires specific documentation for your customers or you need them to include essential documents during their purchase, you can easily specify and include all necessary information. Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Products Page:
- Access the Products page from your dashboard.
- Select the Desired Product:
- Choose the product for which you want to add documentation.
- Access the "Advanced" Section:
- Click on the “Advanced” section to configure additional settings.
In the "Advanced" section, you can set the following:
- Pricing and Availability:
- Enable product documentation to make attaching a document during checkout a requirement.
- DocuSign Signature:
- If your DocuSign account is activated on the Inxeption platform, make it a requirement for your product or service.
- Documents:
- Click on “Add Document” to select and upload any necessary documents from your computer.
