Canceling or Voiding a Parcel Shipment


Cancel or Void a Shipment

  1. Visit the Shipping Module
  2. Click on the applicable order
  3. Scroll down to Shipments

  4. Select the Shipment(s) you wish to Void/Cancel
  5. Click Void

  6. You will have to confirm that you wish to void this shipment. Click "Yes" if you are sure
  7. You shipment is voided, you can recreate a new shipment now if you need or cancel the order.
Merchants are billed on Monday's for all orders created for the week prior
