Guide to Managing Subscription-Based Products

Guide to Managing Subscription-Based Products

Welcome to our intuitive platform, where setting up your products as subscription-based or for single purchase couldn’t be easier. This detailed guide is designed to assist you through the process of managing subscription-based products, ensuring a smooth operation for your business.

How to Manage Subscription Products

1. Accessing Product Settings

  • Navigate to Your Dashboard: Begin by logging into your main Dashboard to access your complete product list.
  • View Products: Click on the “Products” section to start managing your inventory.

2. Selecting a Product for Subscription

Choose Your Product: Identify the product you wish to offer on a subscription basis.

Enable Subscription: In the “Starting Info” section, locate the toggle between “Single Purchase” and “Subscription.” Switch it to “Subscription” to activate subscription settings for the selected product.

3. Configuring Subscription Settings

Once the subscription is enabled, it’s time to customize your subscription offerings:

  • Navigate to Subscriptions: Go to the “Subscriptions” subcategory found on the left side of your Dashboard.
  • Set Billing Period: Determine the billing cycle length in days to fit your business model.
  • Free Trial Option: Offer a free trial by specifying its duration, if desired.
  • Lock-in Period: Establish a minimum subscription duration to ensure customer commitment.
  • Define Subscription Terms: Clearly specify any terms related to your subscription service, ensuring transparency and understanding.

4. Subscription Dashboard Overview

Gain insights into your subscription metrics with ease:

  • Accessing the Dashboard: From the main Dashboard, proceed to “Orders,” then click on “Subscriptions” in the secondary tab.
  • Monitor Your Subscriptions: View all active and new subscriptions, monthly revenue, and track any failed payments in one convenient location.
  • To cancel a subscription in your account, simply log in and navigate to the Orders tab. Choose “Subscriptions” from the dropdown menu to see your active subscriptions. Find the one you want to cancel, click on it to access the details, and in the “Subscription Summary,” change the “Subscription Status” to “Canceled.” This stops the subscription, halting future billing.
