From your Main Dashboard, navigate to the Contacts module. Locate the contact by using the search function.
Open the contact's profile and go to the “Shipping address” section. Click on “add address” and enter the required details such as street, city, zip code, and state. Optionally, include additional information like the company name, dock opening hours, and special freight settings or delivery instructions. After entering all the details, click “save”. Note: You can add multiple shipping addresses for a single contact and have the option to edit or delete existing ones. A deleted address can be restored before exiting the contact by clicking “Restore”.
In the “Billing Address” section, click “add address”. Fill in the necessary fields: street, city, zip code, and state. To designate an address as the default, tick the “Set as Default Address” checkbox. After completing the details, click “save”. Like shipping addresses, you can add multiple billing addresses and edit or delete existing ones. If an address is deleted accidentally, use the “Restore” option before saving changes to recover it.
By following these simple steps, you can effectively manage the billing and shipping addresses of your contacts in the Inxeption Managed Store. This system streamlines the process, making it easy to maintain accurate and up-to-date information for each of your contacts.
