Creating The Products List Page



CREATE THE PRODUCT LIST AND PRODUCT DETAILS PAGES FOR YOUR WEBSITE WITH THE GUTENBERG EDITOR 

1. CREATE THE PRODUCT LIST AND PRODUCT DETAILS FOR YOUR WEBSITE 

  1. Go to  Pages  >  Add New. 
    Click  
    + to add a block. Scroll down to "Inxeption Blocks"
  2.  
  3. Select  Either Inxeption Product List or Inxeption Product Details Page and insert the block 
  4.  

    NOTE:  You should now see the text in the block editor. DO NOT EDIT. Doing so will break your Inxeption block code and it will no longer appear. If this should happen, you can simply delete the block and reinsert a new one.  
  5. Click  Publish  or  Update 
  6.  

2. CREATE THE PRODUCT DETAILS PAGE FOR YOUR WEBSITE. 

  1. Go to Pages > Add New. Name this page  Product 
    NOTE:  This is very important, the url MUST have  /PRODUCT  at the end. 
  2. NOTE:  The Product Details page automatically creates a website page for all products shown on the eCommerce website. 


CREATE THE PRODUCT LIST AND PRODUCT DETAILS PAGES FOR YOUR WEBSITE WITH CLASSIC EDITOR 

1. CREATE THE PRODUCT LIST FOR YOUR WEBSITE 

  1. Go to  Pages  >  Add New. 
    NOTE:  Make sure the Visual tab is selected. 
     
  2. Select  Add Inxeption Custom HTML  >  Add Product List. 
  3.  

    NOTE:  You should now see the text shown below in the content box. DO NOT ALTER THE PRODUCT LIST CODE. Doing so will break your product list and it will no longer appear. 

     

    NOTE:  "Beginning of Product List" and "End of Product List" will not appear on the page when viewed live by your customers, it is only there to help you avoid altering the Inxeption Custom HTML. 
  4. Click  Publish or  Update.

2. CREATE THE PRODUCT DETAILS PAGE FOR YOUR WEBSITE. 

  1. Go to Pages > Add New. Name this page  Product
    NOTE:  This is very important, the URL MUST have  /PRODUCT  at the end. 
    NOTE:  Make sure the Visual tab is selected. 
  2. Click  Inxeption Custom HTML  >  add Product Details 
    NOTE:  You should now see the text shown below in the content box. DO NOT ALTER THE PRODUCT DETAILS CODE.

  3. Click  Publish

CONGRATULATIONS! YOU NOW HAVE A WORDPRESS WEBSITE INTEGRATED WITH YOUR INXEPTION APP!
