Creating Offers in Your Managed Store

Creating compelling offers for your customers is a breeze with our system. Let's dive into how you can craft an offer that stands out, starting from your main Dashboard. Navigate to the Offers tab to begin.

Step-by-Step Guide to Offer Creation

1. Initiating Your Offer

Locate and click the “Create an Offer” button in the top right corner. You're now ready to fill in the essential details of your offer.

2. Filling in Basic Details

  • Must-haves: Specify the offer's expiration date—a crucial step to drive urgency.
  • Optional: Add a PO# and an expected signing date for further clarity.
  • Auto-filled Information: Notice disabled fields (offer number, status, creation date, and last status update) that will populate post-save.
  • Representative Selection: Choose your sales representative to associate with this offer.

3. Selecting the Customer

Existing Contacts: Opt for an existing contact and optionally add their business name and addresses.

New Contacts: To add a new contact, input their full details, including contact and billing information.

4. Detailing Customer Benefits and Requirements

Benefits Setup: Define any standard benefits, their quantity, and validity period.

Requirements: Outline the necessary conditions for availing of these benefits, focusing on purchase commitments and timeframe.

5. Incorporating Additional Details

Add an offer nickname and any pertinent notes to differentiate and detail the offer further.

6. Setting Offer-Level Product Options

Choose the appropriate sales channel, decide on shipping details, and specify delivery preferences and addresses. Don't forget to indicate if the business is tax-exempt.

7. Selecting Products

Browse or search for the product you wish to offer. Utilize the reference pricing information to inform your offer pricing strategy, including discounts, credits, and shipping costs. Finalize by choosing the payment method.

Finalizing and Sending Your Offer

Once all sections are completed, hit save. A dialog with the offer number will appear—click it to review your offer.

Add any last-minute shipping details and requirements in the Shipping and Payments tab.
