Creating a Parcel Shipment: Step-by-Step Guide for Efficient Shipping

Discover the art of effortless parcel shipping with our step-by-step guide through the Parcel Shipping App. Seamlessly manage contact information, input product details, and choose the perfect shipping method. From accurate payment processing to quoting shipping costs, streamline your shipment process effortlessly with Inxeption. Optimize your shipping practices and elevate your logistics game.
  1. Navigate to the Parcel Shipping App
  2. Begin by accessing the Parcel Shipping App on your platform.

  3. Create a Parcel Shipment
  4. On the 'Orders for Shipping' page, locate and click on the 'Create Parcel Shipment' button.

  5. Add Contact Information
    • Choose an existing contact or create a new one.
    • When entering a new contact's shipping address, paste the complete address in the 'Shipping Address' field, and the system will intelligently parse the information into relevant fields.
  6. Provide Payment Information
  7. Ensure that you add accurate payment details for the shipment.

  8. Input Product Information
  9. Add product details, either by creating a custom product or selecting a pre-saved one.

  10. Select a Shipping Method
    • Choose a shipping method available in your account.
    • Options may include standard and expedited parcel shipping speeds.
    • For US addresses: Ground, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air.
    • For Canada addresses: Standard, Worldwide Expedited.
  11. Add Shipment Details
    • Specify shipment dimensions and weight.
    • Click 'Add Shipment' to include multiple shipments within the same order, each with its unique tracking number and label.
    • A preview of quoted shipping costs will appear below your buyer's cost.

    Pro Tip: If shipping costs are not initially visible or need to be updated, click on the 'Refresh Shipping Costs' button.

  12. Finalize and Create
  13. Once all shipment details are accurate and complete, click 'CREATE' to finalize and create the parcel shipment.

    To access and download your shipping labels once an order is created, head over to 'Shipments' and select the tracking number of your order. From there, you will go to 'Documents' tab and select the label in which you would like to utilize. 



 

            

Important Notes:

  • Inxeption does not currently offer deliveries to specific locations:
    • PO Boxes
    • Army Post Offices (APOs)
    • Fleet Post Offices (FPOs)
    • Diplomatic Post Offices (DPOs)
  • UPS Standard* to Canada is not available to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, or the Yukon Territory.
