Creating Contacts in the Inxeption Managed Store

Welcome to the Contacts module of the Inxeption Managed Store. Our system is designed to make managing your contacts effortless, whether you're importing existing contacts or creating new ones. This guide will walk you through the process of adding new contacts to your list.

Steps to Create a New Contact

1. Accessing Contacts

Begin on your main Dashboard. Navigate to the “Contacts” section to view your existing contact list.

2. Initiating Contact Creation

Click the “Create Contact” button to start adding a new contact.

3. Entering Contact Details

  • Basic Information: Add essential details such as the contact’s name, phone number, and email address.
  • Shipping Details: Fill in the shipping address, including street, city, state, and zip code.

4. Specifying Freight Delivery Options

If applicable, specify any freight delivery options like residential delivery, limited access locations, or liftgate requirements. Include freight instructions to ensure smooth delivery.

5. Dock Receiving Hours

For businesses with a receiving dock, enter the dock receiving hours to facilitate timely deliveries.

6. Billing Address Confirmation

Confirm the billing address for the contact. If the billing address is the same as the shipping address, simply select “Same as Shipping”.

7. Adding Notes

Utilize the notes section to add any additional information or special instructions relevant to the contact.

8. Finalizing Contact Creation

Once all details are filled in, click “Create” to add the contact to your list.
