Begin on your main Dashboard. Navigate to the “Contacts” section to view your existing contact list.
Click the “Create Contact” button to start adding a new contact.
If applicable, specify any freight delivery options like residential delivery, limited access locations, or liftgate requirements. Include freight instructions to ensure smooth delivery.
For businesses with a receiving dock, enter the dock receiving hours to facilitate timely deliveries.
Confirm the billing address for the contact. If the billing address is the same as the shipping address, simply select “Same as Shipping”.
Utilize the notes section to add any additional information or special instructions relevant to the contact.
Once all details are filled in, click “Create” to add the contact to your list.
