Customizing Your Sales Channel Emails

Sales Channels empower you to personalize every email sent to your buyers, creating an enriched customer experience and fostering personalized communication between sellers and buyers within our platform.

Different Configurations

  1. Email Settings:
    • Customize the sender's email address for automated emails.
    • Choose the information to include in emails and determine its display format.
  2. Logo and Email Theme:
    • Upload your company’s logo to feature in emails.
    • Personalize color combinations to align with your branding.
  3. Email Content Settings:
    • Personalize the content of each automated email.
    • Select a subject line, message header, message text, or deactivate specific emails as needed.

How to Set Up Emails

  1. Navigate to the Sales Channels page in your Managed Store.
  2. Choose the relevant sales channel by clicking on the blue Sales Channel name 
  3. Click on the "Edit Emails" tab.
  4. Explore options for customization. In the "Email Content Settings" section, personalize various automatic emails to enhance your customer's purchasing experience.

Take your time selecting the emails you want to automate, as this significantly contributes to your customer's overall experience.

Preview

Once you've chosen your automated emails, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Preview" to visualize how your emails will appear.

If satisfied, click "Save" to apply and update any changes made.
