Edit a Product’s Shipping Info
Efficiently manage shipping details to enhance your order fulfillment process. Follow these steps to edit product shipping information in the Inxeption dashboard:
- Navigate to the 'Products' Module:
Start by accessing the 'Products' module from the main dashboard. - Find and Select the Product:
Utilize the convenient Find box to locate and select the specific product you wish to edit. - Access the Product Overview Page:
Once on the Product Overview page, proceed to the "Shipping" section - see above screenshot - Edit Shipping Information:
Tailor your product's shipping details to optimize order fulfillment. - Shipping Method:
Select the appropriate shipping method, whether parcel or freight - Additional Shipping Business Days:
Extend the estimated shipping date by adding extra business days, accommodating manufacturing processes. - Weights and Dimensions:
Enter accurate measurements and weight for the product, ensuring precise shipping cost calculations. - Freight Products:
Freight products require specifying a Freight class for detailed shipping management. - Hazardous Material:
Indicate if the product falls under hazardous material categories for proper handling
Always remember to Save changes by selecting Save in the top right corner of the screen.
- ADDITIONAL SHIPPING BUSINESS DAYS Adding additional shipping business days will extend the estimated shipping date to allow for manufacturing. E.g. One Day Shipping and three additional shipping business days will give the estimated arrival of fours days to the customer at checkout.
