1. Get a Quote:
   

   Begin by obtaining a quote for your shipment. The quote will provide you with essential information about the estimated cost and details of the shipment.

2. Access Quotes:
   

   Navigate to the Quotes page within the LTL Shipping App to locate and review available quotes for your shipments.

3. View Cost Breakdown:
   

   During the booking process, take advantage of the Cost Breakdown feature. This provides an approximate total cost of your shipment based on the quote, helping you make informed decisions.

4. Complete Booking Information:
   

   To proceed with the booking, you'll need to provide additional information. Most of this information will be auto-filled from the previous quote, making the process efficient.

   1. External ID, Purchase Order Number, and Container ID:
      

      Add an External ID for reference, a Purchase Order Number, and/or a Container ID based on your specific requirements.

   2. Pickup Details:
      

      Input a Location Name and Pickup Address.

   3. Pickup Contact and Pickup Hours:
      

      Provide information for the Pickup Contact and specify Pickup Hours.

   4. Delivery Details:
      

      Add a Location Name and Delivery Address for the destination.

   5. Delivery Contact and Delivery Hours:
      

      Input details for the Delivery Contact and specify Delivery Hours.

5. Accept Terms and Conditions:
   

   Scroll to the bottom of the page, review the Terms and Conditions, and check the designated box to confirm your agreement.

6. Book Shipment:
   

   Click on the "Book Shipment" button to finalize and secure your shipment.

7. Post-Booking Options:
   

   After successful booking, options to Duplicate or Void Pickup and Shipment will be available, giving you flexibility in managing your shipments.

8. Access Documents:
   

   Utilize the Documents tab to download essential shipping documents, including the Bill of Lading (BOL) and other relevant paperwork.
   

Remember, any modifications made must be saved. Click "Save" in the top right corner of the screen to ensure changes are applied.
