Immediate Steps for Damaged Deliveries

Report Within 24 Hours: If you notice any damages upon delivery, it’s crucial to take the following steps within the first 24 hours for prompt assistance.

Email Communication: Reach out to us at marketplacesupport@inxeption.com with the necessary details:

  • Photos: Attach clear images showing the damage to items, pallet, and packaging.
  • Damage Inventory: Provide a list of each damaged item, along with the quantity affected.
  • Detailed Description: Describe the nature of the damages in detail.
  • Location and Contact: Include the location of the damaged product and contact information of the on-site contact person for any required follow-up.

Preserving Damaged Items

Do Not Discard: It's important to set aside all damaged materials. Please refrain from disposing of any damaged items until receiving further instructions from Inxeption, as they may be needed for inspection during the claim process.

Order Reference: For efficient claim processing, please include your order number and PRO number in all communication.
