How to Create a Parcel Return Label for Orders

Create a Parcel Return Label

  1. Select the order you want to return on the Orders for Shipping page on the Parcel Shipping App a. Where to find the Parcel Shipping App

  2. Scroll down to the Return Shipments section and select Create New Return Shipment

  3. The label creation dimensions will default to the information in the order. You may edit this or add more than one return label a. You can select the Return Location from the Pickup Locations saved in your account

  4. When you've set the information click Create


  5. Once the label is created it'll be downloaded automatically, and you can also E-mail it to your Customer
