Download a Proof Of Delivery (POD)
Proof of Delivery (POD) will be uploaded by the carriers after the shipment has been delivered. To view and download a POD for one of your shipments follow the next steps:
Go to the LTL Shipping App and click on Shipments
a. Where to find the LTL Shipping AppOpen the shipment for which you need the POD by clicking on the Shipment ID
Now, go to the Documents tab and here you find the Documents related to this shipment that are currently available
If your POD is already available, you’ll be able to download it.
it can take up to two weeks for a carrier to upload a POD. If you believe a POD is missing that should be showing please email support@inxeption.com for assistance.
