How to Edit the style of triggered emails to customers


The Inxeption Ledger provides the ability to create HTML-friendly emails for the different functions within the Inxeption Ledger.
  1. Visit the Sales Channel Module
  2. Choose the applicable Sales Channel
  3. Press "Edit Emails"
  4. Add a From Address which is the email address used to send these emails
  5. Add a Logo which is the logo used on each of these emails
  6. Choose an Email Theme which is the color theme of the email
  7. Edit the various emails with HTML-Friendly Copy
    1. The Order Canceled Email is sent when an order is canceled
    2. The New Message Notification email is sent when a quote has a new message
    3. The Quote Email is sent when a quote is initiated
    4. The Invoice Failed email is sent when an invoice has failed
    5. The Draft Order Created Email is sent when you press the "Email Draft" button in the Orders Module
    6. The Invoice Success email is sent when an invoice is successful
    7. The Freight Scheduled email is sent when you create a shipment or press the "Send Tracking Email to Customer" button in an LTL order in the Shipping Module
    8. The Package Sent email is sent when creating a shipment or when you press the "Send Email with Tracking Number" 
    9. The Quote Rejected Email is sent a quote is rejected
    10. The Order Confirmation Email is sent when an order is completed
    11. The Order Invoice email is sent when you send an invoice
    12. The Shipment created email is sent when a label has been created for an order.
    13. The Package picked up by carrier email is sent when a parcel package has been picked up by the carrier
    14. The Freight shipment picked up email is sent when a freight shipment has been picked up by the carrier
    15. The Merchant quote email is sent when you receive a new quote request. 
    16. The Customer new quote request email is sent when a customer requests a new quote. 
    17. The DocuSign agreement voided email is sent when a DocuSign agreement for an order has been voided. 
    18. The DocuSign agreement completed email is sent when a DocuSign agreement for an order has been completed.
    19. The Return Email email is sent when a return label is created (this included the label itself)
    20. The Shipment Delivered email is sent when a shipment has been delivered to the receiver
