How to understand the Shipments tab in your FTL Shipping App

Navigating Shipments tab in your FTL Shipping App

1. Go to the FTL Shipping App App

a. Where to find the FTL Shipping App


2. Click on “Shipments” in the left sidebar




3. Here you can visualize all your shipments.


We have made this page customizable so you can:


  • Select the columns you want to see on this page by clicking on the columns menu

  • Move the columns in the order that best works for you by dragging the Column title to the place you prefer


Additionally, you can filter the shipments by:


  • Status: selecting the status boxes on the top of the page

  • Time: using the “All time” bar, here you can select the time range you prefer or click custom to pick a specific day or days range to visualize the shipments that were created on that selected time


Finally, if you’re looking for a specific shipment, you can use the Search bar and type the shipment’s Order number/Inxeption Service ID there.


However, in case you don’t have the Order Number/Inxeption Service ID, you can search by:


  • Origin and Destination: click on Origin or Destination next to the Search bar and type your Shipment’s Location Name, City, State, or Postal Code.


Also, you can save these searches by clicking on the Save Search icon and you’ll find it anytime you need it on the “Saved Searches” drop-down.
