Navigating Shipments tab in your Parcel Shipping App
a. Where to find the Parcel Shipping App
2. Click on “Shipments” in the left sidebar
3. Here you can visualize all your shipments.
We have made this page customizable so you can:
Select the columns you want to see on this page by clicking on the columns menu
Move the columns in the order that best works for you by dragging the Column title to the place you prefer
Additionally, you can filter the shipments by:
Status: selecting the status boxes on the top of the page
Time: using the “All time” bar, here you can select the time range you prefer or click custom to pick a specific day or days range to visualize the shipments that were created on that selected time
You can use the Download button to export your shipment information and filter the shipments before downloading them so you can get a more specific report with the shipments you need.
Finally, if you’re looking for a specific shipment, you can use the Search bar and type the shipment’s Order Number or Tracking Number there:
And you can also save these searches by clicking on the Save Search icon and you’ll find it anytime you need it on the “Saved Searches” drop-down
