Manage your LTL Analytics
The Analytics App allows users to see a consolidated view of their shipping data in an easy way. Here you’ll be able to see a breakdown of your shipments and any relevant information that can help you make better decisions and stay informed of your metrics.
The Analytics App has three distinct modes to filter your data:
- By delivery destination: filters the information by the delivery destination in your shipments
- By carrier: shows you your most used carriers
- By service options: filters the data based on the service options of each shipment.
The tool is divided into many sections, each showing specific information:
- Filters: This allows you to filter the information according to a certain timeframe, shipment statuses, or items inside categories. If no filters are selected, then all information is shown.
- Mode Switcher: This lets you switch between the different analytics modes.
- Download: This allows you to download a PDF or a CSV file, if available, with your report.
- Categories: This allows you to divide the information into delivery destinations, carriers, and service options.
- Total Shipments: This shows the total shipments in the selected filters.
- Total Spend: Your total spends on shipping for the selected filters.
- Average Spend/Shipment: The average spending on shipping for the selected filters.
- Delivery Performance: The % Variance between the estimated and actual date of delivery for the selected filters.
- Total shipments by…: Divides the shipments in the current filter into the different categories using charts and maps.
- Total spend by…: Divides the total spend for the currently filtered shipments into the different categories.
- Average Spend/Shipment by…: Divides the average shipping spend for the current filter into different categories using maps and charts.
- Delivery Performance by…: The delivery performance of your shipments, filtered by categories, and shown in a chart or map.
