Managing Your Product Inventory in the Sales Channel

Easily manage your product inventory within your Sales channel. Our platform allows you to set inventory levels, add various inventory locations, and efficiently manage them.

Accessing Inventory Management

  • Begin on your main Dashboard.
  • Click on “Products”.
  • Hover over the secondary tab and select “Inventory”.

Setting Product Inventory

Choose a Product

Select the product for which you want to set inventory levels.

Manage Inventory

In the product's inventory subsection, click the “Inventory” hyperlink. This action will direct you to the inventory management tool.

Here, you can specify quantities for different inventory statuses such as 'in transit', 'available at the warehouse', 'allocated', or 'on hold'. The system will automatically update the overall available inventory based on the parameters you set.

Adding Inventory Locations

Manage Locations

In the inventory management screen, find the “Manage Inventory Locations” tab. Here, you can edit existing locations or add new ones.

Add New Location

To add a new location, complete all required fields with the location information. Once added, you can modify product availability for this specific location.
