Bulk Import Products/Services
Inxeption simplifies the process of bulk importing your products or services using a .csv file. Follow these steps for a seamless experience:
- Visit the Products Module:
Access the Products Module on your Inxeption account. - Select "Import":
Click on the "Import" option to begin the process. - Download Example File:
Choose between "product file" or "service file" and download the example file. - Modify Your File:
Ensure your product file aligns with the provided example's data format (details below). - Upload Your File:
Click "CHOOSE FILE" to upload your product file and attach any required images/documents. - Review and Import:
If your file is correctly formatted, the information will load into the table below. Review the product details and select "Import."
Scroll to the bottom of the article to download the product/service import files.
File Formatting Guidelines:
- Product Information:
Product Name, Price, Short and Long Descriptions, Notes, Cost of Goods, Original Price, etc. - Additional Details:
Require Address, Taxable, Allow Quotes, Hide Price, Shipping Weight, Dimensions, Specifications, Promotional Text, Product Variants, Images, and Documents.
Example Formats: Use HTML-friendly text for descriptions. Specifications, promotional text, and variants follow specific formats outlined in the guidelines.
