Schedule Parcel Pickups
On the Parcel Shipping App, click on Pickups in the side menu, then click on create new pickup on the next screen. Where to find the Parcel Shipping App
Press Add Shipments to Pickup to select the applicable shipments for this pickup
Press Set when you have selected all applicable shipments
Choose the Ship From Address and a Pickup Location. You can add text to the Special Instructions Field. a. You can also click the checkbox to confirm it's a Residential Address.
Choose a Pickup Time: Pickup date, Earliest Pickup Time, and Latest Pickup Time
You can add the name of the person who will handle this pickup in Contact Name. a. You can also click the checkbox to indicate this pickup includes an Overweight Package.
When all the information is set click Save.
