Documents for Shipping to Canada

Below are attached the documents that should be included with all of your Canadian Shipments


Remember that your Buyer will pay carrier any and all formalities, customs duties, taxes and other charges imposed by the Government of Canada and/or any Province thereof to complete delivery.


Please note that the INCOTERM* needs to be added to the commercial invoice.


*INCOTERM is a required field on the Commercial Invoice and is the Terms of Sale, or Incoterms, an abbreviation for International Commercial Terms. (see image below)


Depending on the incoterm selected on the commercial invoice:

• It would determine customs duties to be paid.

• It would avoid any customs delays and deliver your shipment smoothly.
