Assign Contacts to Sales Channels - Inxeption Platform Guide

Assigning your Contacts to Sales Channels

Managing access to different sales channels for your contacts is now more streamlined than ever. You can easily specify which sales channels your contacts can access and extend them an invitation directly through our platform. Here’s a quick guide on how you can assign your contacts to specific sales channels and keep them informed.

Assigning Contacts to Sales Channels

1. Navigating to Contacts

Start from your main Dashboard. Click on the Contacts section to view your list of contacts.

2. Selecting a Contact

Locate the contact you wish to assign to a sales channel. Go to the “Contact Info” section of their profile.

3. Assigning Sales Channels

In the “Contact Info” section, find the “Channels” field. Click into this field to either search for a Sales Channel or select one from the dropdown list. Choose the desired Sales Channel(s) you want to assign to this contact.
Click “Save” to confirm your selection.

Sending Invitations to Access Sales Channels

Once a contact is assigned to a sales channel, you can promptly send them an invitation. Simply click on “Send Invitation to Buyer”. An automatic email will be dispatched to the contact, inviting them to access the assigned Sales Channel.

You have the option to personalize the invitation email. To do this, navigate to Dashboard -> Sales Channels -> Edit Emails -> Buyer Invitation. Here, you can modify the email content to suit your messaging style or provide specific instructions.

Viewing the Contacts in the Private Sales Channels

Effortlessly manage and view all the contacts you've invited to your Private Sales Channels from a single, convenient location. Upon navigating to your chosen sales channel, you'll discover a dedicated 'Contacts' tab. This section neatly displays every contact you've invited, allowing for easy viewing in list format. Additionally, you have the option to swiftly find specific contacts by searching for their names. This streamlined process ensures you can efficiently manage your relationships within each Private Sales Channel.

This new feature empowers you to effectively manage which sales channels your contacts can access, enhancing the way you interact with your buyers. It’s a great tool to keep your contacts engaged and informed about their specific sales channels.
