Turning Automated Emails On/Off



Inxeption offers several different emails that can be automatically triggered to be sent out to yourself and your buyer. 
  1. Go to the SALES CHANNEL module
  2. Select your Sales Channel (typically listed as DEFAULT)
  3. Select EDIT EMAILS
  4.  You can choose to turn on/off any email by selecting the toggle below each email
When Emails are Triggered:
  • New message notification: Sent when a quote has a new message. 

  • Draft order created email: Sent when you press the “Email Draft” button in the orders module. 

  • Order confirmation email: Sent when an order is completed. 

  • Order canceled email: Sent when an order is completed. 

  • Quote email: Sent when a quote is initiated.

  • Quote rejected email: Sent when a quote is rejected. 

  • Order invoice: Sent when you send an invoice. 

  • Invoice success: Sent when an invoice is successful. 

  • Invoice failed: Sent when an invoice has failed. 

  • Shipment created:  Sent when a label has been created for an order.

  • Package picked up by carrier: Sent when a parcel package has been picked up by the carrier

  • Freight scheduled: Sent when a freight shipment has been scheduled in the ledger

  • Freight shipment picked up: Sent when a freight shipment has been picked up by the carrier

  • Merchant quote email: Sent when you receive a new quote request. 

  • Customer new quote request: Sent when a customer requests a new quote. 

  • Docusign agreement voided: Sent when a docusign agreement for an order has been voided. 

  • Docusign agreement completed: Sent when a docusign agreement for an order has been completed.

  • Return Email: Sent when a return label is created (this included the label itself)

  • Shipment Delivered: Sent when a shipment has been delivered to the receiver
