What items and words are restricted when creating an Insurance Certificate

Our insurance provider, Loadsure, has a list of excluded items for making shipments with their insurance certificates. Using one of these words can invalidate your goods' insurance coverage.

Please review your shipment description below the pickup location, and make sure the wording -or the content of the shipment- doesn’t reference one of the following: 
  1. Cash & Financial Instruments: Documents, negotiable documents or instruments, monies of every description, securities, bonds, bullion, stamps, credit and debit cards including telephone calling cards.
  2. USA Living Animals or Plants: Living creatures and life forms of any type
  3. Worldwide Living Animals or Plants: Living creatures and life forms of any type
  4. Luxury Goods: Furs, precious stones, jewelry, high-value watches, perfumes, antiques and art, tobacco or tobacco products."
  5. Tech Goods: Digital cameras, microchips, motherboards and/or memory of any kind which is not part of a complete system, mobile telephones, mobile telephones components, parts and accessories, digital camera photo sticks.
  6. Temperature Controlled Products: Pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals (other than FDA-approved ‘over-the-counter’ pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals), narcotic-based substances including but not limited to Marijuana, CBD, THC.
  7. Household Goods: Used household goods, personal effects and arts and/or collectibles
  8. Others: Satellites, nuclear fuel, explosives, firearms and/or ammunition.
