How to Void/Cancel a Parcel Shipment

Void/Cancel a Parcel Shipment

  1. Visit the Orders for Shipping page in the Parcel Shipping App, and click the order you wish to cancel: a. Where to find the Parcel Shipping App

  2. Scroll down to Shipments and select the Shipment(s) you wish to Void/Cancel:

  3. Click on Void:

  4. You will have to confirm that you wish to void this shipment. Click "Yes" if you are sure:


Now your shipment is voided and it'll appear on your dashboard with the status "voided".

You can create a new shipment for the same order if you need it or cancel the order on the Manage Store.
Merchants are billed on Mondays for all orders picked up the week prior
