How to Book an FTL Shipment

Book an FTL Shipment

  1. Go to the Truckload Shipping App

  2. From the sidebar on the left click on Quotes, then open any of the shipments marked as Quoted by clicking on the Inxeption Service ID number.

  3. You’ll be able to see the quotes from different carriers under the Carrier Options section of the page. Select the one you’d like to use by clicking on the check box to the left of the carrier name and then on the Accept and Confirm Booking button.



    On the quote screen, you can preview your Token Savings for the available quotes. 
    Savings are earned in Inxeption Tokens and provided after the billing process is complete. The Token percentage is based on your membership level.

    This is only applicable to members on the Growth membership level and above.

  4. On the Book a Shipment screen, you can see the Cost Breakdown with an approximate total cost of your shipment based on your quote.



  5. Also, you’ll be able to complete the shipment information in order to complete the booking process. 



  6. Once the information is filled in click on the Book Shipment button on the top right
