- Go to the Orders Module on your dashboard.
2. Select the Applicable Completed Order:
- Identify the completed order that needs to be canceled and click on it.
3. Cancel the Order:
- Within the order details, hover over the triple dots and select "Cancel Order."
Once completed, the order will be marked as canceled, and an automated "ORDER CANCELED" email will be promptly sent to your customer.
